Flexing It has partnered with Our Client, a modern consumer brand on a mission to redefine aging and perceptions is looking to engage with a Consultant - Graphic Designer.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Creation:
Develop visually engaging and on-brand social media ad creatives.
Design and produce POS materials that effectively communicate brand messages and promotions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling e-commerce graphics.
2. Brand Guardian:
Act as a brand steward, ensuring all designs align with the brand’s visual identity and guidelines.
Maintain consistency across all design outputs.
3. Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and initiatives.
4. Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs.
Skills Required
Required Skills and Requirements:
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
Proven expertise in designing for packaging, POS materials, and e-commerce.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
Additional Information:
Capacity: Part-time, requiring at least 10 hours of work per week.
Duration: Initial contract of 6 months, with the possibility of extending to 1 year based on performance and project needs.
