As an International Project Manager at Evri, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing international projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project budgets, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. Your ability to navigate diverse cultural landscapes, communicate effectively, and mitigate risks will be essential in achieving project success.

You will be accountable for:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with international stakeholders, clients, and team members, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement quality control measures to deliver projects that meet or exceed established standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, status updates, and change requests.
  • Efficiently allocate resources and coordinate activities to maximize productivity and achieve project milestones.
  • Ensure projects adhere to international regulations, trade laws, and industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency.

To be successful in this role you will require the following…

  • PMP, Prince2, or other relevant project management certification (essential)
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the international / logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural settings and adapt to different working styles.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required

We encourage flexible working to fit your individual needs, as well as the team’s - that could be from the office and working from home. This role may require you to travel internationally when necessary.
