The Role Will Include/Require
- Technical support via phone, email and online chat
- Monitoring and maintaining Virtualised software for clients
- Strong experience with Linux
- Learning new technologies relevant to the role
- Understanding of DNS, routing/switching, DHCP and Firewalls
- Shell Scripting experience is desirable however not required
