Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and monitor various transport operations
  • Optimize and use our computer system, including TruckMate software
  • Collect all important customer information in order to offer the best transport quote with the best transit time
  • Call on our various partners for availability and the best possible rates
  • Communicate with shippers and consignees to learn about their particularities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
  • Good knowledge of the territory (asset)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
