What we’re looking for:

As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Persona by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-notch professionals. We are in search of a highly reliable and self-motivated individual who demonstrates exceptional problem-solving skills. Your passion for recruitment, combined with your ability to independently drive initiatives and reliably deliver results, will make you an invaluable member of our team.


Responsibilities—what you'll do:

  • Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates effectively.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
  • Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Utilize analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and improve processes.
  • Stay abreast of trends and developments in recruitment practices and technologies.
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exhibit a high level of comprehension in understanding complex job requirements and organizational needs.
  • Display resilience and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and mission in all recruitment activities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • High comprehension level, with the ability to quickly understand and assimilate new information.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time
