The role is restricted to those physically located in Europe. While this is a remote position, we cannot consider candidates who are not based in that region. Preference will be given to candidates based in Portugal, Spain, or Malta.

Raketech is looking for a dynamic Product Owner who will be responsible for coordinating and delivering key initiatives for our Casino (ROW) products. Reporting to the Head of Casino (ROW), you will be responsible for organizing and prioritizing the work of a team of specialists' work and being accountable for the delivery of the product roadmap initiatives. Working within an agile development environment, the role requires close collaboration with the Product Manager and with other central functions. The successful candidate must be driven by results, have excellent task-management and problem-solving skills, and be a strong team player.

*As a Product Owner, you are expected to …

• Lead a team of specialists through the sprint delivery process;
• Ensure each sprint has a well-defined sprint goal that reflects the product goals;
• Manage day-to-day operations working across a team of SEO managers, content leads, and other specialists;
• Support the team in making data-based decisions;
• Monitor KPIs, provide timely updates on deviations, and propose corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards;
• Maintain an overarching plan for delivering the product roadmap initiatives;

Job Requirements

• Have experience working in an agile environment using JIRA;
• Have previous experience in iGaming;
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual) within a diverse and multicultural environment;
• Possess the ability to work in a fast-moving environment;
• Be familiar with Figma or any other Collaborative Interface Design Tool;
• Have the ability to work autonomously;
