The Associate Data Analyst position will provide assistance to Pack Health’s operations and sales teams. They will support the development of a robust, best-in-class data model and identify innovative ways to drive better outcomes faster and more effectively. A strong desire to learn and a creative approach to problem solving is needed.
Specific Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring success with external clients by:
Ensuring deliverables (e.g., reports and presentations) are high quality
Meeting with account managers to provide overviews of outcomes
Managing project timelines to ensure timely delivery
Supporting the development of a robust, best-in-class data model, by:
Improving data processes to plug data gaps and improve quality
Managing processes relating to data collection, cleansing, analyzing, and reporting
Maintaining the data model and reporting to ensure ongoing quality (e.g., through KPIs)
Identifying innovative ways to drive better outcomes faster and more effectively, by:
Contributing to the development of Pack programs from a data perspective
Contributing to the ongoing development of Pack Health’s outcomes framework
Interpreting data in order to draw conclusions for managerial action and strategy
Using statistical techniques for hypothesis testing to validate data and interpret results
Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in statistics, biostatistics, analytics, or health informatics
Skills:
Experience with analysis software such as SPSS
Experience with programming languages such as R, SQL
Experience with data visualization such as Tableau, Looker
Experience with healthcare data
Have the ability to work collaboratively with teams within and external to the employer
Must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
