Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical applications and sales support for product lines.
- Generate application reports for customers, direct sales and representatives.
- Provide sales support to inside sales, regional managers, independent sales representatives and customers
- Analyze potential applications feasibility and performance by product testing.
- Generate collateral including customer presentations, application notes, and white papers on selected Minerals topics
- Prepare and deliver customer and sales training presentations as required on application/product topics
- Identify likely areas of emerging applications and propose applications solutions to product management
- Work with R&D and the Product Managers on new product requirements and early system/performance testing
A four year technical degree ideally in chemistry, physics or engineering.
Minerals industry knowledge and previous mining experience.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills Required.
Strong interpersonal skills and the proven track record to work with diverse levels of customers and internal employees.
Ability to develop high levels of credibility and forge solid and positive professional relationships with customers, peers, and commercial management
Self motivated with a high bias for action.
Up to 25% travel including international travel if required.
