We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Digital Product Analyst.

Principal Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle across one or more products and cross-functional teams, including opportunity assessment, product ideation, validation, delivery, ongoing management, and optimisation
• Assist the wider product team in conducting discovery, test, and learn processes to validate ideas using data-driven insights
• Validate hypotheses by designing and implementing innovation experiments, such as proof of concepts, product demos, and discovery workshops
• Transform business problems into research and analytics studies, effectively communicating research results to cross-functional stakeholders through compelling storytelling to influence strategy and stakeholder buy-in
• Develop compelling value propositions by defining product requirements, creating user stories, crafting engaging customer experience journeys, iterating product design based on feedback, and maintaining the product backlog
• Oversee and complete end-to-end project tasks, including conducting feasibility studies, analysing and documenting requirements, managing user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing support during different stages of project implementation
• Ensure that all outcomes adhere to relevant laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines, while aligning with HSBC Group's compliance framework
