Job Description:

We are seeking an Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff who thrives in dynamic, smaller business environments and is passionate about making a tangible impact within senior management. This role is perfect for a highly organized individual who excels at diary management, handles email correspondence with finesse, and possesses minor project management skills. Your role will be pivotal in supporting our senior management team, providing strategic assistance, and driving projects to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ⁠ ⁠Diary Management: Efficiently manage and organize calendars for senior management, ensuring optimal allocation of time and resources.
  • ⁠ ⁠Email Correspondence: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating exceptional writing skills to convey messages clearly and concisely.
  • ⁠ ⁠Project Management: Assist in overseeing minor projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • ⁠ ⁠Senior Management Support: Work closely with senior management to prepare for meetings, draft reports, and provide analytical support, ensuring decision-makers have the information they need.
  • ⁠ ⁠SME Environment Adaptability: Thrive in a Small to Medium - - - Enterprise (SME) setting, contributing positively to a growing company's culture and dynamics.

Ideal Candidate:

  • ⁠ ⁠Has a proven track record of success as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff, preferably within SMEs rather than large corporations.
  • ⁠ ⁠Is supremely organized, able to cut through the noise to focus on what truly matters, and communicates in a clear, concise, and focused manner.
  • ⁠ ⁠Exhibits confidence and assertiveness in professional settings, capable of making informed decisions independently.
  • ⁠ ⁠Is a self-starter, accustomed to operating without direct supervision and taking initiative to address challenges and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • ⁠ ⁠Strong background in administrative roles with direct experience in diary management, email handling, and minor project management.
  • ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • ⁠ ⁠Demonstrated ability to work with senior management and across functional teams.
  • ⁠ ⁠Comfortable working remotely and capable of maintaining productivity and engagement without direct oversight.
