Primary Duties

**What You'll Do:**

- Directly interact with key business representatives to understand their needs.

- Gather, validate, and clean data from various sources using previous analyses to ensure the accuracy of reports and analyses.

- Identify and explore significant relationships between data points.

- Develop intermediate to advanced T-SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.

- Manage projects to ensure timely and accurate completion.

- Design, create, and distribute reports for stakeholder consumption.

- Employ suitable methods for delivering analyses (such as dashboards, BI tools, or Excel).

- Communicate and present analytical findings to stakeholders and interested parties.

**What You'll Need:**

- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or software development.

- A willingness to acquire necessary domain knowledge for successful project completion.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Moderate to advanced proficiency in SQL, especially Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.

- Strong capability with advanced Microsoft Excel functions.

- The initiative to use and develop technology solutions that provide actionable business insights.

- Effective organization skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

- Independence in completing challenging tasks with minimal supervision.

- Analytical skills to understand project requirements and apply them to develop and deliver business solutions.

- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, including remote communication tools like phone and email.
