What you'll do

• Lead and inspire a cross-functional engineering team while fostering a positive work environment and providing mentorship.
• Develop and execute project plans in cooperation with the PM, allocate resources, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance, support problem-solving, and stay updated on industry trends.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with other missions.
• Identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans when necessary.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address performance issues promptly.
• Contribute to the development of the engineering strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
  
  

What you'll need

• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.
• Experience managing, delivering & monitoring impactful and complex projects across multiple platforms.
• Proactive problem solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Passion to utilize cutting edge technologies to provide the best customer experience possible.
• Solid understanding of the technical aspects of the teams environments ( React & Django), enabling effective guidance & decision making.
• Professional proficiency in spoken & written English.
• Bonus: Experience in System Architecture Design.
