Customer Onboarding Specialist

Full time | Job location - Remote, India

We're looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to guarantee smooth onboarding and assistance for our high value clients. Your responsibilities include directing customers, resolving technical problems, and encouraging product adoption, laying the foundation for outstanding customer experiences from the beginning. In exchange, you'll thrive in a dynamic, fulfilling work atmosphere, working alongside top-notch clients and encountering engaging challenges.

This role will be remote and will be on American Eastern time. US client experience is a must.


Education


  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT
  • An MBA will be an added advantage

Technical skills


  • 2-4 years of experience in customer/client onboarding and support in SaaS
  • Experience in creating detailed reports, technical documents and presentations
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Comfortable working with SQL


What you will do


  • Take ownership of customer relationships from the initial sale to successful implementation
  • Assist customers in defining their requirements and onboarding them to the platform
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to ensure alignment with customer expectations at every stage
  • Address customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp and phone during onboarding
  • Have video meets and phone calls to provide support during the onboarding phase
  • Create training materials and resources for customers and external stakeholders to drive rapid product usage
  • Become an expert on client offerings to educate client and internal audience on product depth
  • Rapidly understand and communicate any product updates to both customers and internal teams as necessary
  • Establish standardised processes, resources, and frameworks for customer onboarding
  • Generate reports and Analytics on Customer onboarding metrics
  • Work on American Eastern Time
