Great career opportunity for an Inside Sales Specialist to join a leading international technology provider within the printing and packaging industry.The 100% remote salesperson must speak German & English, and ideally holds a sales or customer facing role in printing/packaging. We may also consider broader inside sales experience outside of industry.
The Opportunity
Esko is a renowned global provider of solutions that enable clients to design, produce and print the best packaging, labels and displays for billions of consumers.
The newly created Inside Sales Specialist position is part of a brand-new team of three to drive EMEA growth for ‘Phoenix’, our ground breaking preproduction planning & estimating software which uses AI-technology to optimise the layout for folding carton and labels.
After initial product training, the jobholder will collaborate with a Senior Sales Account Manager & Pre-sales specialist, identify new business leads, cold call, reach out to, engage with, and qualify prospects, manage sales administration, passing on cultivated leads and directly closing some smaller deals.
Self-motivation, drive and energy, effective team collaboration, understanding customer’s needs, and guiding them through transformation are all critical ingredients of success.

We’re looking for…
- Printing/packaging industry sales experience (or in a customer facing industry role and keen to move into sales). We may also consider inside sales experienced outside of industry
- Self-motivation, drive, and energy to generate leads and develop new business
- Strong verbal & written communication (fluent German & English is mandatory)
- Adept at cross-functional collaboration, with a consultative approach and strong relationship building, listening, influencing, and administration skills
