We‘re looking for a charismatic individual to fill the Enterprise Account Manager position.

You can expect:

  • Working on our great portfolio of selected ITMAGINATION Clients
  • Relationship management – your role will involve creating effective, trustworthy, and professional connections with key individuals within our clients' organizations.
  • Conducting business development initiatives
  • Market research, company mapping, as well as initiating and establishing contact with C-level representatives
  • You will be working closely with the Talent Acquisition Team responsible for achieving your goals hand-in-hand


  • Min. 2 years of experience in a similar role on large-scale projects
  • Experience in developing strong and long-term relationships with clients
  • Genuine interest in the Technology & the IT sector and familiarity with IT domain terms and technologies
  • A sincere curiosity about the financial sector and acquaintance with financial terminology
  • Experience in the sales of IT Development Services
  • Expertise in operating within the international market (beyond the confines of the local market)
  • "Can-do" attitude and personality with determination, perseverance, persistence, and competitiveness
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills along with a goal-oriented approach
  • Readiness to travel at least once a month to strengthen relationships with our clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
