Enterprise Project Manager 🚀

Contract Details 📝
- Type: 12 Months (Possibility for Extension)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
- Estimated Hourly Compensation: $73.40 - $81.40/hour
- Location: Fully Onsite (5 days in office)
- Residency Requirement: Candidate MUST be a resident of the local area or willing to relocate prior to starting at their own expense.
Note: This role is open to direct hires only. We are not accepting Corp-to-Corp (C2C) or agency submittals.

- Successful completion of criminal background, credit, and E-Verify checks.
Required Skills ✅
- 3 years of experience in Project Management.
- 1 year of project management experience within a healthcare insurance information technology environment.
- Professional experience in project planning, including estimating effort for technical tasks and allocating resources.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile, high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Expertise in creating and documenting essential project management artifacts.
- Strong proficiency in risk management, including identifying risk triggers and managing risks against project plans.
- Advanced communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to present to executive leadership.
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Preferred Skills 🌟
- Professional experience working with Medicaid or Healthcare Delivery Systems.
Nice to Have Skills ✨
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint and standard project management tools (Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project, Access, and Excel).
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills with a demonstrated ability to engage diverse stakeholders with competing interests.
