Ametris is an international leader in the development of validated medical-grade wearable solutions used to measure physical activity, sleep, and behavior patterns in the broader global academic and pharma research communities.

The Sales Operations team oversees sales data management, CRM administration, pre-sales support for RFPs and RFIs, contracting workflows, and KPI reporting - all in alignment with Ametris’ core values and standards.

 As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will lead RFP and RFI coordination, ensuring timely and accurate responses. We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication and organizational skills and an interest in the digital health landscape.

Requirements

The essential duties and responsibilities of this role are to:

  • Create accurate sales budgets, proposals, RFIs, and other pre-sales materials quickly and efficiently.
  • Lead the RFI process by gathering, and coordinating responses.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Data, Project Managers, Finance and Legal teams.
  • Create and maintain proposals through the final Statement of Work (SOW), and track all versions of budgets, proposals, and contracts from project start to final signature.
  • Use Salesforce to support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
  • Utilize CRM to ensure all information up to date for RFPs and RFIs.
  • Maintain Q&A pair content library in RFI platform.
  • Prepare sales support presentations, as needed.
  • Organize and manage sales documents and collateral.
  • Look for ways to improve sales processes and help implement new solutions.
  • Support the sales team in meeting quarterly goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in business management, finance, healthcare administration, community health education and promotion, marketing or sales.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Basic understanding of the US and global clinical trial landscape
  • Basic understanding of the sales cycle and contracting process
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Experience using Responsive (formerly RFPIO) for RFP/RFI management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, digital health, or a CRO environment
  • Experience working in sales, sales development, or sales operations
  • Hands-on experience with RFP/RFI processes in digital health (strongly preferred)
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional and global teams
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating in teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meetings, and deadlines at the same time
  • Clear and effective communication skills
