Adobe MarTech Lead
We are looking for a Marketing Technology & Strategy Leader to drive the evolution of our marketing capabilities through the smart use of technology, data, and customer insights. This role blends strategic marketing leadership with a strong understanding of the MarTech landscape to shape how we engage customers, personalize experiences, and deliver measurable business impact.
You will lead cross-functional teams in designing and executing marketing strategies that are powered by modern platforms, tools, and data ecosystems, ensuring that technology serves as an enabler of creativity, agility, and growth.

Your role
Marketing Strategy & Innovation
Lead the development of forward-thinking marketing strategies that leverage technology to enhance customer engagement, personalization, and campaign effectiveness.
MarTech Ecosystem Leadership
Guide the selection, integration, and optimization of marketing platforms (e.g., CRM, CDP, analytics, content management, automation) to support scalable and data-driven marketing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with product, data, creative, and IT teams to align marketing goals with platform capabilities and customer experience strategies.
Customer-Centric Campaign Design
Translate business and brand objectives into integrated marketing programs that are insight-driven and performance-focused.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior marketing and business leaders, helping them understand how to best leverage technology to achieve their goals.
Operational Excellence
Establish governance, measurement frameworks, and best practices to ensure marketing technology investments deliver ROI and support long-term growth.
Your skills and experience
10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles with exposure to digital transformation and MarTech strategy.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional marketing initiatives that blend creativity, data, and technology.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of the marketing technology landscape and how platforms like CRM, CDP, automation, and analytics drive business value.
Platform Expertise: Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sitecore, etc.
Ability to connect marketing strategy with customer insights, data, and digital tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working across industries such as Retail, CPG, Healthcare, or Telecom is a plus.
