onsite and at a distance. You will collaborate onsite at our Cashton, WI office for 4-8 days per month, and the
rest of the time you can choose to work remotely or onsite.

Summary of Role
The Sales Analyst is a detail-oriented and highly motivated role that offers excellent opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales analytics, retailer economics, and customer reporting within an assigned sales channel (Grocery and National). The Sales Analyst will closely support the sales team, pulling and analyzing customer reports, and shadowing experienced team members to gain a deep understanding of the retail landscape.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
o Attend internal and virtual customer sales calls with Account Managers and Sales Leaders to
observe and learn sales processes and customer interactions.
o Pull, compile, and analyze customer reports for assigned sales channels (Natural, Grocery,
National, Alternate) using internal systems and syndicated data sources (IRI, Nielsen, SPINS).
o Shadow sales team members to learn about retailer economics, pricing strategies, and
promotional effectiveness.
o Support the sales team with data entry, report generation, and administrative tasks as needed.
o Assist in preparing customer-facing presentations, business reviews, sales updates, and use customer portals as needed to ensure promotional activity is submitted on a regular basis.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data to support inventory management and sales order tracking.
o Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Experience, Marketing, Finance, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Planning and/or Manufacturing Operations) to ensure alignment on sales objectives and customer requirements.
o Communicate key findings and insights from data analysis to Sales Leadership and related
stakeholders.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
o Participate in educational and marketing events, such as farm tours and plant tours, as assigned by supervisor.
o Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
o Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience in customer service.
o Internship or coursework experience in sales, analytics, or retail is preferred.
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
o Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a collaborative mindset.
o Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM or data visualization tools is a plus.
o Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
o Willingness to learn and take initiative.
o Ability to travel for sales events as needed (approximately 10% of the time).
Base hourly wage range: $25.85 - $31.30/hour
This hourly wage range
is exclusive of fringe benefits. The compensation package may also include
incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses. If
you are hired at CROPP, your final base hourly wage compensation will be determined
based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or
experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and
consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final
offer. Please keep in mind that entry-level candidates to this role should
expect to be at the lower end of the hourly wage range and hiring at the maximum of the hourly wage range
is not typical.
