Your Primary Responsibilities will include
- Create, edit, organize, and assist in the distribution of marketing-related content and collateral using AP style format (i.e. Pursuit-related brochures).
- Ensure grammatical accuracy, content organization, and formatting are in accordance with DRMP’s writing guide.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop process improvements.
- Facilitate the process of collecting, organizing, and maintaining accurate marketing data, including client information, project details, and market research.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain the integrity of marketing data.
- Utilize CRM system to maintain marketing data accuracy and availability; generating reports as needed.
- Ensure the integrity and reliability of marketing data by regularly auditing and updating records.
- Generate reports and analytics to support marketing strategies and decision-making processes.
- Register and maintain firm prequalification's and vendor registrations for various agencies.
- Manage and maintain existing and new client prequalification processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Handle vendor registration processes, ensuring all required documentation is complete and up to date.
- Liaise with the internal technical team and vendors to address inquiries and resolve any issues related to prequalification's and registrations.
- Assist the marketing team in preparing proposals, RFQs, and RFPs, ensuring all marketing materials and data are aligned and accurate.
- Participate in marketing meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and insights to enhance marketing initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by marketing leadership to support the overall goals of the department.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a focus in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and resourcefulness skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with technical writing is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Driven, proactive, and a self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to take initiative.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with Adobe InDesign.
- Working knowledge Deltek Vantagepoint or other CRM system experience is a plus.
