Job Purpose
We are looking to onboard a Junior Executive – Demand Generation to strengthen our sales and marketing outreach for the US region.
The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, database management, account research, and cold outreach activities to drive qualified leads and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.
This position is ideal for someone with around 1 year of experience in B2B IT Sales or Demand Generation, looking to grow their career in global enterprise sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute lead generation campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
• Conduct account and contact research to identify key decision-makers.
• Build, maintain, and clean prospect databases for targeted outreach.
• Assist in developing outreach messaging and follow-up sequences.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align on campaign goals and progress.
• Manage and update CRM systems with accurate lead data and activity records.
• Support in nurturing early-stage leads and coordinating with senior sales team members for conversions.
• Stay informed on IT services, sales processes, and market trends to improve lead quality and engagement.
Ideal Candidate
Experience: 1–2 years in Demand Generation, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales (preferably in IT services).
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or Technology).
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
Skills & Traits:
• Familiar with LinkedIn, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), and Excel.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-driven with a learning mindset.
• Comfortable performing outbound activities (email, LinkedIn, and calls).
Shift Readiness: Comfortable working in a shift aligned with US business hours (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST).
