Imagine being directly responsible for helping the nation grow, to BUILD. Rockland Manufacturing, a well-known, family-owned construction equipment manufacturer with an excellent reputation for quality is looking for an Inside Account Manager to grow dealer accounts over the phone.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing and growing strategic accounts
- Managing leads and transactional business
- Generating new opportunities
- Developing new customers
- Collecting and entering meaningful CRM information
What You'll Need:
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly a strong ability to connect with a variety of individuals over the phone
- Resilience/tenacity
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Positive attitude with a strong drive to win
- Personal effectiveness/organization/credibility
- Degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent experience in an outbound sales or similar role
- Construction industry experience preferred but not required
