Imagine being directly responsible for helping the nation grow, to BUILD. Rockland Manufacturing, a well-known, family-owned construction equipment manufacturer with an excellent reputation for quality is looking for an Inside Account Manager to grow dealer accounts over the phone.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing and growing strategic accounts
  • Managing leads and transactional business 
  • Generating new opportunities
  • Developing new customers
  • Collecting and entering meaningful CRM information

What You'll Need:

  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly a strong ability to connect with a variety of individuals over the phone
  • Resilience/tenacity
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Positive attitude with a strong drive to win
  • Personal effectiveness/organization/credibility
  • Degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent experience in an outbound sales or similar role
  • Construction industry experience preferred but not required
