Title: Transportation Program Support Specialist
Location: Bellevue, WA. Hybrid schedule with Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday onsite
Work schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday during core business hours with some flexibility to determine schedule

The career opportunity: The Transportation Program Support Specialist performs a full range of duties related to contractual requirements for various Transportation programs. The Transportation Program Support Specialist maintains and reconciles records, statements, invoices, and reports for accounting and auditing functions; maintains accurate information in databases; researches and resolves billing related disputes.
The ideal candidate adheres to strict deadlines, demonstrates an optimistic and positive demeanor, brings strong communication skills, and maintains a focus on problem solving and process improvements. An intermediate level knowledge of Excel is required for this position.

- Intermediate level knowledge of Excel required.
- Field of study or related experience in business, public administration, or accounting preferred.
- Strong ability with numbers and figures with excellent reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Detail oriented, with a high level of accountability for accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work well under pressure, and ability to problem solve independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Examples of what you will be doing:
Billing Operations
- Maintains, produces, reconciles, and audits invoices, billing and financial records, reports, and databases; classifies, codes, records, and balances transactions. Ensures data accuracy and meets strict deadlines.
- Assists with management of returned mail recording, reporting, and investigating.
- Helps manage safe and follow safe auditing procedures and practices.
- Maintains secured email inbox and processes all submissions.
Analytics and Reporting
- Prepares reports and compiles data from information system records; ensures required reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintains reconciliation systems and reports on findings.
Regulatory and Compliance
- Performs routine financial and/or process audits to ensure contract compliance.
- Establishes and maintains files and records; responds to complaints and inquiries from clients and subcontractors.
Process Improvement
- Seeks to improve and streamline processes and ensure that all are thoroughly documented.
How you will be compensated: Hopelink is proud to provide meaningful paid time away from work and an affordable, comprehensive benefits package.
- Compensation: $25.75 - $26.50/hour, depending on experience
- Up to 10 paid vacation and sick days annually and 10 paid holidays,
- Plus up to 7 paid float days available to use immediately; dependent on hire date and hours/week
