Performance Media Strategist
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Media Strategist to lead innovation and excellence in paid media, primarily within Meta platforms. This role sits at the intersection of buying, strategy, and performance optimization, helping elevate Boncom’s global campaigns through agile targeting, creative alignment, and geographic coordination.
The ideal candidate has experience managing large-scale Meta campaigns and thrives on testing, optimizing, and driving measurable results. You’ll collaborate with other buyers and strategists to enhance our media sophistication, ensure compliance and coordination across missions and regions, and teach best practices that improve overall team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple markets and languages, ensuring efficiency and alignment with campaign goals.
Lead innovation in audience targeting, creative testing, and data-driven optimization.
Collaborate with other media buyers and strategists to ensure campaign compliance, geo alignment, and operational consistency.
Develop and share testing frameworks to advance media sophistication across campaigns.
Evaluate campaign data to improve lead quality, reduce acquisition cost, and ensure follow-up readiness.
Partner with analytics and client teams to measure performance, communicate insights, and recommend next steps.
Serve as a mentor and resource for media buyers, helping to refine buying practices and process standards.
Stay up to date on evolving platform features, emerging ad formats, and algorithmic trends.
Qualifications
Required:
6 plus years of digital media buying or strategy experience (agency or in-house)
Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
Strong understanding of digital performance metrics (CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate into action
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Nice to Have:
Experience with multi-market campaigns, localization, and geographic coordination
Familiarity with creative testing methodologies and audience segmentation
Knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, or TikTok buying
Experience in data integration or lead management workflows (e.g., offline event tracking, CRM coordination)
Proficiency in Tableau, Excel, or similar analytics tools
