Position Duties

Minimum Qualification Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a coursework emphasis in Emergency Management, Public Administration, Community Resilience, Public Policy, or a related field, and one year of experience dedicated to emergency planning, hazard mitigation project development and management, or governmental disaster recovery. 

Special Requirement: 

Special Requirements:   A minimum of 100 hours of formal training in emergency management, hazard mitigation, and/or disaster recovery.
