Budweiser Shelf Set Coordinator

Job vision: 

Ensure that 7G Distributing will drive profitable volume growth, market share, and maintain its position among Suppliers as a leading distributor.  Design effective strategies and measuring execution to drive revenue growth toward 7G Distributing goals.  This will in part be accomplished by: 

 

  • Focusing on the areas and factors where 7G Distributing must improve in order to win long-term, sustainable market share while the sales team is focused on detailed, tactical execution. 

  • Ensuring “best-in-market” DSD service to all accounts through “best-in-class” execution and maintaining superior “partner” relationships with retailers and Suppliers. 

  • Serve as a role model for 7G Distributing by establishing mutual respect with management and co-workers.  Lead by example to promote teamwork, cooperation and enhanced morale. 

  • Operate with candor, integrity and professionalism is all 7G Distributing interfaces. 

 

Summary of essential job functions: 

 

  • Update all shelf set data on a weekly basis 

  • Report space tracking results on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis 

  • Improve and maintain tracking standards 

  • Work with Key Account Manager’s, Team Leader’s on reset proposals ensuring proper placement of 7G brands for maximum sell through at retail 

  • Implement resets with Sales Team 

  • Analyze space data utilizing Planogram Management Tool 

  • Utilize sales data to identify opportunities to increase sales/distribution 

  • Communicate pertinent competitive information to Sales Team 

  • Work with Sales Execution Coordinator to target shelf sets for monthly point sheets 

  • Ride with Key Account Manager’s, Team Leader’s when possible 

  • Review space accuracy, shelf verification and shelf facings reports monthly 

Qualifications


 

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on excel) 

  • Strong analytical, mathematical and communication skills necessary 

  • Strong leadership, facilitation and interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to work and drive positive results in a team environment 

  • Must meet insurability requirements
