Business Development Manager – Build Something Big With Us!

Location: Littleton, CO (Denver Metro) – Hybrid (and yes, it's a dog-friendly office 🐾)
Salary: $120K–$180K + competitive commissions

We're looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives in the commercial world but has at least dabbled in the federal space-or the other way around. Think of it as a stretch role: you've got solid experience and currently report up to someone, but you're ready for your next big leap where you'll shape how business development is done.

What you'll do:

  • Lead generation, client engagement, and market research (yes, the full BD toolkit).

  • Craft proposals, shape deals, and close business across public and private sectors.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and delivery teams.

  • Report directly to the COO-your work will be seen and felt at the highest levels.

What we're looking for:

  • 3–5 years in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.

  • Strong consultative/solution-selling chops.

  • Experience with either commercial or federal sales cycles (bonus points if you've got both).

  • Someone who's hungry to take the reins, but not already sitting at the top of the food chain.

  • Excellent communication, persistence, and the drive to stretch into a role that's bigger than where you are now.
