Business Development Manager – Build Something Big With Us!
Location: Littleton, CO (Denver Metro) – Hybrid (and yes, it's a dog-friendly office 🐾)
Salary: $120K–$180K + competitive commissions

We're looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives in the commercial world but has at least dabbled in the federal space-or the other way around. Think of it as a stretch role: you've got solid experience and currently report up to someone, but you're ready for your next big leap where you'll shape how business development is done.

What you'll do:
Lead generation, client engagement, and market research (yes, the full BD toolkit).
Craft proposals, shape deals, and close business across public and private sectors.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and delivery teams.
Report directly to the COO-your work will be seen and felt at the highest levels.
What we're looking for:
3–5 years in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
Strong consultative/solution-selling chops.
Experience with either commercial or federal sales cycles (bonus points if you've got both).
Someone who's hungry to take the reins, but not already sitting at the top of the food chain.
Excellent communication, persistence, and the drive to stretch into a role that's bigger than where you are now.
