Description

To continue our accelerated growth, we are seeking a talented Manager of Network Operations to help PAA 

execute this vision. In this position, you will work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, dynamic technology and 

operational environment. The role demands the ability to prioritize and execute across multiple priorities, 

exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement of your own knowledge & 

skills as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of our team and organization. The Manager will 

lead a team responsible for execution, act as a liaison between cross-functional departments, and 

continuously improve processes that support scalable growth across the network.

 

What you’ll do: 

  •  Customer-facing role
  •  Responsible for comprehensive onboarding of new and prospective clients including but not limited to 

Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Home Health Agencies (HHA), etc. 

  •  Lead, coach, and develop the Network Operations team to ensure consistent, high-quality execution 

of provider onboarding and integration processes.

  •  Maintain a comprehensive understanding of EHR/EMR integration options to clearly communicate 

capabilities, requirements, and onboarding steps to providers.

  •  Act as the subject matter expert on integration pathways to ensure clients are well-informed, 

supported, and set up for success during onboarding.

  •  Oversee the intake, research, and configuration of new providers into the network.
  •  Partner with Client Success, Integration, and Product teams to ensure providers are operational and 

meet compliance requirements.

  •  Monitor workload, ticket volume, and timelines to ensure SLAs are met.
  •  Establish and refine best practices, documentation, and workflows for scalable provider onboarding 

and network operations.

  •  Serve as an escalation point for client-facing issues during onboarding or network setup.
  •  Report on onboarding metrics, operational performance, and process improvements to senior 

leadership.

  •  Maintain strong relationships with external partners to ensure smooth provider engagement and 

satisfaction.

  •  Stay current with industry regulations and requirements impacting post-acute provider operations 

and compliance.

  •  Other duties as assigned.


Requirements

What you’ll need 

  •  2-3+ years leadership/supervisory experience
  •  3-5+ years Healthcare or provider network experience strongly preferred
  •  Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 360, particularly Excel
  •  Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
  •  Experience with healthcare data EHR/EMR integration a plus

  •  Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on developing high-performing teams
  •  Advanced reporting and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data 

modeling) and Salesforce/CRM for tracking performance and outcomes

  •  Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders
  •  Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  •  Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while balancing multiple priorities

This position will be based out of our Irving, TX headquarters; however, working remotely from outside the 

area is perfectly acceptable. For remote candidates, up to 10-20% of travel may be required.
