Who You’ll Work With
The Information Technology organization is the technological foundation of our business and works in collaboration with our partners from across the company. The team drives technology and digital transformation, partners with business leaders to design and execute new strategies through IT and operations services and ensures the necessary IT risk management and security measures are in place and aligned with enterprise architecture standards and principles.
About The Role
This role will report to the Director of Physical Security Infrastructure. The role is responsible for assisting in the management of all enterprise physical security technology systems and security hardware devices as well as troubleshooting and end user support. The role will lead efforts to optimize our physical security infrastructure posture and drive optimization and automation initiatives to elevate our security technology.
Responsibilities
- Manage day to day physical security systems and applications: Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, Intercommunications, Physical Identity & Access Management and Visitor Management systems.
- Provide Tier 2 physical security systems technical support for all end-users and teams in other regions / time zones outside the United States.
- Support and assist badging office users with badging software, printer or connection issues.
- Support and assist end-users with reporting and necessary documentation.
- Program and configure physical security systems, coordinate with project management team and security vendors onsite to bring devices online, and test and commission devices for all new capital and internal project systems installations.
- Support end-users with accessing applications, basic use of applications and troubleshooting issues when necessary.
- Coordinate software troubleshooting and issue resolution with system manufacture’s tech support when necessary.
- Coordinate physical troubleshooting and issue resolution with security vendor technicians support onsite when necessary.
- Coordinate and track service and maintenance for physical security equipment and devices.
- Participate in physical security systems upgrades and updates.
- Manage firmware updates and security certificates installations/updates for physical security systems IP devices.
- Perform other duties as required by the Director of Physical Security Infrastructure.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field preferred, and 3 years physical security systems experience with administration, programming and managing Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, Intercommunications, Physical Identity & Access Management, Visitor Management systems.
- 7 years’ physical security systems experience in lieu of degree.
- Subject matter expert on integrated electronic security system platforms to include software, hardware, systems integrations, customizations and overall administration.
- Experience with Genetec Security Desk (Omnicast & Synergis), Honeywell Pro-Watch and Alert Enterprise PIAM preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive level briefing experience.
- Experience with MS Office 365 suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience with CRM ticketing systems preferred (i.e. ServiceNow).
- Physical security industry certifications are a plus (CPP, PSP, CSPM, etc.).
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000 to $135,000 for Jersey City, NJ region at the commencement of employment. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications.
In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

Work Location
This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Houston, TX or Jersey City, NJ office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
