RESPONSIBILITIES FOR MANAGERS:  
  • Demonstrate integrity, passion, humility & drive for your career  
  • Devote yourself to ensuring satisfaction to customers  
  • Establish and enforce product knowledge standards 
  • Manage activities such as audits and regulatory agency inspections 
  • Establish processes to ensure that Technicians can be 100% productive 
  • Monitor tool inventory and the condition and maintenance of the shop to ensure adequate and safe working conditions 
  • Conduct and arrange for employee training in safety, repair, maintenance techniques, and operational procedures or equipment 
  • Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements 
  • Understand, keep abreast of and comply with federal, state and local regulations regarding the service department   
 
REQUIREMENTS:  
  • Two years of experience in an auto repair facility or educational equivalent required
  • Proficient with computer skills  
  • Supervisory experience preferred  
  • Ability to operate a department at a profit according to dealership guidelines
