At SCC, we believe our people are our greatest asset. As we continue to expand globally, we are seeking a strategic, hands-on HR Director to lead our global people initiatives—driving workforce optimization, compensation strategy, and cross-cultural leadership.

What You’ll Do

As our HR Director, you will shape the company’s strategic direction through people, culture, and leadership. You’ll lead a dynamic HR team and oversee all aspects of the function, including:

  • HR Leadership: Direct all HR functions—including talent management, organizational design, and performance management—while leading and developing the HR team.
  • Strategic Alignment: Design and implement global HR strategies that align with SCC’s business objectives and growth trajectory.
  • Project & Change Management: Lead cross-functional HR initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, effective risk management, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and industry standards across the United States and international operations.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Develop competitive, equitable, and scalable compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top global talent.
  • Restructuring & Transformation: Drive organizational optimization and workforce transformation with empathy, precision, and business acumen.
  • HR Analytics & Process Improvement: Use data-driven insights to optimize HR processes, improve decision-making, and enhance organizational performance.
  • Employee Relations & Culture: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.

What We’re Looking For

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive Sr. HR leadership experience in a software, SaaS, or IT environment.  
  • Proven experience managing and developing a global workforce.
  • Demonstrated expertise in organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Experience building scalable HR systems and processes in a growing technology company.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—capable of influencing and partnering across all levels and cultures.
  • Proven project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional HR initiatives from concept to execution.
