We Are Looking For 

The SIOP Analyst works with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations, Finance, and IT to establish and then guide these functions through SIOP process. This role ensures that the Product, Demand, Supply, and Financial Integration reviews are conducted towards achieving the company’s vision. To create the best tech-enabled supply chain solutions provider in the aerospace industry.


What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Carry out the implementation of the SIOP process steps: product, demand, and supply reviews, financial integration, and the establishment of escalation lanes from cross functional teams
  • Ensure that all process stake holders are adhering to SIOP process as set forth for their specific areas by safeguarding that regular and timely meetings occur, standard agendas are used, action registers are published, and metrics are reported and leveraged to guide future decision making where relevant
  • Maintain clear visibility of topics being discussed in each of the SIOP process steps, escalations from one review to another, and linkages with meetings/forum external to SIOP
  • Ensure that decisions from the meetings are communicated to all relevant functions and ensure that execution is taking proceeding
  • Support the implementation of tasks across business units and functions
  • Prepare a rolling projection in partnership with Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Sales, Operations, Finance and IT
  • Ownership of dashboards used in the SIOP Cycle
  • Document Process and work with the SIOP process steps owners on continuous improvement, challenges with the process and options to improve it
  • Automate and upkeep key reports/dashboards used on a regular basis. (Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.)
  • Analyze the data within our enterprise resource planning systems to support sales, inventory and operations planning


What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):

  • Bachelor’s degree: Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Finance or related field required Master’s degree is a plus 
  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, supply chain or related to SIOP
  • Experience in using Business Intelligence tools like Qlik, Power BI, Tableau
  • Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting
  • Experience in deploying and leading SIOP process
  • 3 years’ experience in deploying and leading SIOP process and support the successful rollout and implementation
  • Prior knowledge of supply chain planning, material requirements planning, operations planning, or production planning are beneficial
  • Proactive problem solver and strong analytical skills with demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
  • Understanding of the application and concepts of Planning and Production Control fundamentals including MRP, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning, Scheduling, and Lean Manufacturing
  • Highly skilled in engaging teams to deliver results in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong project management leadership, knowledge, and skills, covering planning and execution, including ability to rapidly assess risk and identify/resolve issues
  • Must be computer savvy and learn company proprietary software programs 
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, conditional formulas, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Ability to meet deadlines quickly and accurately, multi-task, and work well under pressure with changing priorities


Special Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
