What You’ll Do
As our HR Director, you will shape the company’s strategic direction through people, culture, and leadership. You’ll lead a dynamic HR team and oversee all aspects of the function, including:
- HR Leadership: Direct all HR functions—including talent management, organizational design, and performance management—while leading and developing the HR team.
- Strategic Alignment: Design and implement global HR strategies that align with SCC’s business objectives and growth trajectory.
- Project & Change Management: Lead cross-functional HR initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, effective risk management, and measurable business outcomes.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and industry standards across the United States and international operations.
- Compensation & Benefits: Develop competitive, equitable, and scalable compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top global talent.
- Restructuring & Transformation: Drive organizational optimization and workforce transformation with empathy, precision, and business acumen.
- HR Analytics & Process Improvement: Use data-driven insights to optimize HR processes, improve decision-making, and enhance organizational performance.
- Employee Relations & Culture: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive Sr. HR leadership experience in a software, SaaS, or IT environment.
- Proven experience managing and developing a global workforce.
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and change management.
- Experience building scalable HR systems and processes in a growing technology company.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—capable of influencing and partnering across all levels and cultures.
- Proven project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional HR initiatives from concept to execution.
