Description
This early-career role supports KCM’s Outreach, Partner Relations, and Media teams. The Ministry Outreach & Executive Liaison will create content for the Outreach Department, steward relationships with partners/donors (representing the Copeland family with professionalism), participate in CEO-led media (including podcast tapings), and complete a structured rotation across key functions by shadowing managers. The position blends learning KCM’s operations with delivering tangible value in content, relationship stewardship, and special projects.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Creation (Outreach)
- Draft short- and long-form content (emails, social posts, testimonies, event recaps, talking points) aligned to KCM voice and brand.
- Source stories from field teams; coordinate with Design/Video; maintain a simple content calendar and performance tracker.
- Traffic copy through reviews and approvals; track basic analytics to inform improvements.
Partner Stewardship
- Conduct relational check-in calls with partners as official representative of KCM
- Capture and route feedback, prayer requests, and care needs to Partner Relations; log 100% of interactions in the CRM.
- Support thank-you touchpoints (handwritten notes, follow-up emails, resource mailings).
New Media and Podcast Support
- Sit in on the CEO’s podcast; assist with guest prep, briefing docs, and post-show notes.
- Draft potential questions, scripture references, and segment intros; coordinate with production on scheduling.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable on the phone and on-camera/mic when needed.
- Familiarity with social platforms, basic content tools (Google/Microsoft Suite), and willingness to learn CRM usage.
- Demonstrated commitment to KCM’s mission and values, impeccable discretion and confidentiality.
- Warm, ministry-minded relationship skills with a service mindset.
- Coachable, curious, and proactive; able to receive feedback and grow quickly.
- Organized and reliable—meets commitments and keeps records accurate.
- Poise and professionalism when representing the Copeland family and KCM.

- Born again believer and must adhere to the doctrines of this organization as upheld by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland and their appointed representatives
- Must work well with others, as a team and according to Romans 16:17, must not cause dissension and division
- Must support a good attendance record
