Your Daily Impact
- Greet, check in, and check out patients-making every visit feel welcoming and seamless.
- Manage and fill the hygiene and doctor schedules to keep the practice running smoothly.
- Reconcile daily accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Answer multi-line phones, respond to emails and texts, and assist with patient inquiries.
- Perform essential administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and photocopying.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior dental office experience preferred (knowledge of dental terminology a plus).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication style. A genuine commitment to teamwork and patient care.
