Your Daily Impact

• Greet, check in, and check out patients-making every visit feel welcoming and seamless.
• Manage and fill the hygiene and doctor schedules to keep the practice running smoothly.
• Reconcile daily accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Answer multi-line phones, respond to emails and texts, and assist with patient inquiries.
• Perform essential administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and photocopying.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior dental office experience preferred (knowledge of dental terminology a plus).
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication style.  A genuine commitment to teamwork and patient care.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
