Summary of Position:

Incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day compliance of Currency Transaction Reporting and Suspicious Activity Reporting to ensure compliance with applicable Federal gaming regulations.    

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Working knowledge of Minimum Internal Controls and gaming issues in a casino environment
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Title 31 of the Bank Secrecy Act and Suspicious Activity Reporting requirements  
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical and analytical thinking skills
  • Solid writing skills in procedural or compliance contexts and strong oral and interpersonal skills
  • Word processing and spreadsheet skills
  • Ability to work independently  
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Management, or related field and
  • One (1) year of experience in internal controls, compliance, accounting, or related business areas 

~OR~

  • Associate degree in a business field and
  • Three (3) years of experience in internal controls, compliance, Title 31 program, accounting, or related business areas  

~OR~

  • High School Diploma and
  • Five (5) years of experience in internal controls, compliance, Title 31 program, accounting, or related business areas

~AND~

  • No felony convictions or misdemeanors involving moral turpitude or issues of integrity
