Summary of Position:
Incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day compliance of Currency Transaction Reporting and Suspicious Activity Reporting to ensure compliance with applicable Federal gaming regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Minimum Internal Controls and gaming issues in a casino environment
- Working knowledge and understanding of Title 31 of the Bank Secrecy Act and Suspicious Activity Reporting requirements
- Solid organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical and analytical thinking skills
- Solid writing skills in procedural or compliance contexts and strong oral and interpersonal skills
- Word processing and spreadsheet skills
- Ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Management, or related field and
- One (1) year of experience in internal controls, compliance, accounting, or related business areas
~OR~
- Associate degree in a business field and
- Three (3) years of experience in internal controls, compliance, Title 31 program, accounting, or related business areas
~OR~
- High School Diploma and
- Five (5) years of experience in internal controls, compliance, Title 31 program, accounting, or related business areas
~AND~
- No felony convictions or misdemeanors involving moral turpitude or issues of integrity
