We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in measuring and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) while embracing our 3C's philosophy. 


Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time Call Center Agent. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication between our customers and our sales team, with an additional responsibility for lead generation through both inbound and outbound. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, the ability to overcome objections, and can quickly perform under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. 


Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Customer Interactions: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously, addressing customer inquiries, providing information about our home remodeling services, and scheduling appointments.
  • Lead Generation: Actively participate in lead generation efforts by identifying potential clients through inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate with clients and internal teams to schedule home remodeling consultations, estimates, and other appointments efficiently.
  • Information Management: Accurately input and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns and issues promptly, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Aloft Remodeling LLC's home remodeling services, pricing, and processes to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, project management, and field staff, to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to customer interactions, ensuring accurate and organized records.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, with a track record of successful lead generation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and basic office applications.
  • Ability to quickly perform under pressure while on the phone with customers.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while efficiently navigating and utilizing our CRM system.
  • Ability to overcome objections with customers on the phone while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to perform 25-35 calls per hour.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.


Requirements

Schedule Requirements:

  • This is a full-time position.
  • This is a Wednesday-Sunday or Saturday-Wednesday schedule (weekends are required).
  • Must work closing shift on one week night (8pm PST).

Compensation:

  • $17/hr 
  • You will be paid your hourly rate with a high bonus compensation.
