We are a men’s health clinic where every day, we open the doors to invite men of all ages to change their lives and get back in the game by becoming better husbands, fathers, and co-workers. We do it through various avenues of testosterone replacement, peptides, wave therapies, and many other ancillary products to help men feel their best! 

SUMMARY:

The Patient Communication Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication and engagement with our patients. This individual will be responsible for managing various communication channels, gathering patient feedback, and working closely with the Patient Service Manager to enhance overall patient interactions. The Patient Communications Specialist is a key player in ensuring that our patients receive top-notch communication and support throughout their healthcare journey. Hours

Monday-Friday: 5pm-9pm

Saturday and Sunday 10am-8pm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments. 
• Ensure that all mass communication aligns with our commitment to high-quality patient care and is consistent with our brand identity. 
• Manage and delegate patient inquiries via phone, email, SMS, Voicemail, social media & online forms. 
• Maintain accurate patient records and update systems accordingly. 
• Provide information on healthcare services and procedures. 
• Resolve patient concerns and escalate issues as necessary. 
• Ensure patient satisfaction and improve the overall patient experience. 
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to relay patient needs. 
• Work closely with Patient Service Manager to support the entire patient’s experience, identifying and addressing any communication related issues that may impact patient care. 

Requirements

Qualifications 

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is a plus. 
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple communications channels.  
• Ability to handle patient concerns with empathy and professionalism. 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Proficient in using healthcare management software and systems.
