About the Role

As a Founding GTM Engineer at Arcade.dev, you’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, marketing, and customer success. You’ll leverage your technical background to build tools, integrations, and workflows that accelerate go-to-market (GTM) motions. You’ll enable our sales and marketing teams with the technical expertise they need to deliver a seamless product story, while also creating scalable solutions that benefit our customers.

This role is perfect for someone who’s equally comfortable writing code, building prototypes, and jumping on a call with customers or prospects to help solve technical challenges.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain integrations with GTM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn, etc.) to streamline workflows and data sharing.

  • Develop internal agents using Arcade tools that help sales, marketing, and customer success teams operate more efficiently.

  • Use tools like Clay, Unify, Commonroom to build a world class signal based outbound motion.

  • Be the brains behind the experiments we run to drive pipeline and convert demand into revenue.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in an SDR, Rev Ops, or Marketing Operations Role

  • Insatiably curious — you love asking questions, digging deeper, and challenging assumptions.

  • AI-native — you’re fluent in using AI-driven tools, workflows, and approaches to accelerate your work.

  • Strong familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and integrating third-party SaaS platforms.

  • Experience with Clay, CommonRoom, Hubspot or modern AI Native CRM platforms.

  • Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally and with customer-facing teams.

  • A bias toward action, experimentation, and building tools that deliver immediate impact.

Bonus Points

  • Prior experience in a GTM Engineering, Marketing Ops, or RevOps

  • Experience in a product-led growth (PLG) company.

  • Familiarity with modern data tools (Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, etc.).
