About the Role
As a Founding GTM Engineer at Arcade.dev, you’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, marketing, and customer success. You’ll leverage your technical background to build tools, integrations, and workflows that accelerate go-to-market (GTM) motions. You’ll enable our sales and marketing teams with the technical expertise they need to deliver a seamless product story, while also creating scalable solutions that benefit our customers.
This role is perfect for someone who’s equally comfortable writing code, building prototypes, and jumping on a call with customers or prospects to help solve technical challenges.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain integrations with GTM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn, etc.) to streamline workflows and data sharing.
Develop internal agents using Arcade tools that help sales, marketing, and customer success teams operate more efficiently.
Use tools like Clay, Unify, Commonroom to build a world class signal based outbound motion.
Be the brains behind the experiments we run to drive pipeline and convert demand into revenue.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in an SDR, Rev Ops, or Marketing Operations Role
Insatiably curious — you love asking questions, digging deeper, and challenging assumptions.
AI-native — you’re fluent in using AI-driven tools, workflows, and approaches to accelerate your work.
Strong familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and integrating third-party SaaS platforms.
Experience with Clay, CommonRoom, Hubspot or modern AI Native CRM platforms.
Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally and with customer-facing teams.
A bias toward action, experimentation, and building tools that deliver immediate impact.
Bonus Points
Prior experience in a GTM Engineering, Marketing Ops, or RevOps
Experience in a product-led growth (PLG) company.
Familiarity with modern data tools (Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, etc.).
