The Inside Sales Associate will support inside sales and business development efforts in a dynamic, client-facing role. This position plays a key part in lead qualification, account nurturing, and client outreach. Designed as a growth-focused role, the Inside Sales Associate will gain exposure to all stages of the sales process and is intended to provide a path toward a full-time sales, development, or territory management position.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Qualify: Qualify inbound leads to assess viability and sales potential, ensuring alignment with target client profiles
  • Outreach: Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and occasional in-person drop-offs as part of regional blitz efforts
  • Administrative: Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including proforma generation, CRM updates, and proposal documentation
  • In Person Sales Support: As needed, serve as support to our sales teams in the field, attend quarterly team meetings, sharing insights on the trends from customer feedback, participate in new territory outreach, participate in trade shows.
  • Marketing Support: Work closely with Marketing Team and Business Development team members to coordinate, report out, facilitate, track and monitor key Marketing initiatives. 
  • Individual Sales: Manage the sales process start to finish on small opportunities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement new methods to improve the efficiency of accurate information and execution, as well as ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and generally accepted accounting standards. 

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or sales.  Equivalent work experience in the industry acceptable.
  • Polished, professional and extremely comfortable with client interaction
  • Results oriented and flexible; takes action as soon as need arises and can demonstrate positive results; steadily follows through on tasks.
  • Can-do attitude; stays positive, even in the face of adversity; sets right tone for others. 
  • Collaborative in work style with others both inside and outside organization; respectful of what others can contribute.
  • Strong proficiency with electronic communication, Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel), and related systems used in the industry.
  • 1+ years prior sales support, customer service, quality assurance experience strongly encouraged.
