Lead Assembler presso Plastech Corporation

The Lead Assembler is responsible for leadership of respective assembly lines and operation of equipment and the final assembly of the product. This position trains, assists, and provides limited work direction to Assemblers. Work to ensure people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meet delivery requirements while achieving quality and safety standards. Complete required paperwork / recordkeeping for assembly line activity to ensure counts are correct and help balance inventories.

Shift Available:​

• 1st Shift - 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday-Friday, $17.50 per hour

Qualifications:                         

• One year experience in manufacturing and/or assembly line or related production
• Proven leadership skills
• Maintain open communication with fellow employees, supervision and management and remain open to others’ ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things
• Prioritize and plans work activities and uses time efficiently
• Must possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions and decimals
