Essential Functions

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware and software issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Assist in Active Directory and Azure management of user accounts.
  • Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications.
  • Track inventory and assist in computer imaging and deployment.
  • Documentation of resolutions for reporting purposes.
  • Capture detailed information before escalating issues to senior staff or corporate technology groups.
  • Install and train end users in new technologies
  • Provide remote technical support over the phone or internet
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain effective communication with users.

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
  • Fundamental networking skills and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Active Directory and Azure knowledge is a plus.
  • Must be team orientated, have a strong service orientation with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred but not required.
  • Must be a freshman level of schooling or higher.
  • Must carry a minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
  • Must be willing to work on hands on projects.
