Essential Functions
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware and software issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
 - Assist in Active Directory and Azure management of user accounts.
 - Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications.
 - Track inventory and assist in computer imaging and deployment.
 - Documentation of resolutions for reporting purposes.
 - Capture detailed information before escalating issues to senior staff or corporate technology groups.
 - Install and train end users in new technologies
 - Provide remote technical support over the phone or internet
 - Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain effective communication with users.
 
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
 - Fundamental networking skills and troubleshooting abilities.
 - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications.
 - Active Directory and Azure knowledge is a plus.
 - Must be team orientated, have a strong service orientation with excellent oral and written communication skills.
 - Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
 - Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred but not required.
 - Must be a freshman level of schooling or higher.
 - Must carry a minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
 - Must be willing to work on hands on projects.
