Additionally, the Director of Field Marketing will get the unique opportunity to partner with other leaders to launch Roti’s Franchise system.
As the senior marketing leader focused on restaurant-level impact, you’ll ensure that every restaurant has scalable, effective, and measurable marketing programs. You’ll partner closely with Operations, Digital, and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life both in restaurants and in local communities, directly influencing sales performance.

- Develop toolkits and playbooks for each market, ensuring consistent, on-brand execution at the restaurant level.
- Integrate promotions across digital channels by collaborating with Digital, Loyalty, and Delivery teams to maximize CRM, email, SMS, app, and third-party platforms.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships with clear accountability, ensuring every dollar spent translates into traffic, transactions, and ROI.
- Track, analyze, and report marketing effectiveness, translating insights into scalable playbooks as we expand.
