BSH Home Appliances Corporation seeks Pricing Manager at its facility located at 4000 MLK Jr. Blvd., New Bern NC 28562. Responsible for definition of key pricing goals and strategy for parts and accessory business in RNA (aligned with corporate pricing guidelines and team). Responsible for configuration and continuous further development of pricing and commercial parameters along all sales channels for RNA within the BSH pricing framework. Provide input for concept development. Coordinate and support of strategic spare parts projects in RNA and with HQ. Responsible for definition of pricing guidelines and price parameters for list prices in RNA and coordination of annual price reviews. Responsible for definition of commercial conditions for different customer groups in RNA and coordination of assessment and update customer performance related to granted discounts and bonuses. Responsible for continuous price monitoring (internal performance monitoring and external marketer search) to secure competitive prices in RNA, healthy margins and ensure consumer centricity. Responsible for updating and maintenance of key data and information for pricing (value score of product families, pricing of new items, and market prices). Regular follow-up of sales performance, profitability analysis and simulation to meet strategic business targets in RNA and specific pricing targets within the material groups. Key user and administrator of corporate pricing software (SYNCRON) for RNA (parameter settings, user and rights management, and dashboard design). Ensure consistent price architecture along product groups, sales channels and customers in RNA. Ensure consistent price architecture and pricing practices with BSH group approach and policies. Responsible for activation and pricing of new regional materials with execution of product families’ value scoring. Monitor relevant KPIs as basis for pricing decisions. Control and analysis of relevant spare parts key figures (Turnover, Margin, Volume, Price). Support Marketing teams with analysis, potential accessory promotions, alignment on pricing for regional products (e.g. multipacks, bundles, trade products, regional products, and VIBs). Coordinate and support of strategic projects related to materials price: e.g. Market price crawling. Report relevant information to Head of Customer Service RNA. REQS: This position requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Economics or a related field. Plus 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Pricing Officer or occupation involving data analysis/ economics. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) PowerBI and Excel for data visualization, profitability simulations, and KPI monitoring to drive data-based pricing adjustments; (2) Automating routine pricing activities, data updates, KPI reporting to streamline processes and maintain accuracy in high-volume environments (Power BI, UiPath, or Power Automate); (3) ERP usage for end-to-end, customer segmentation, and performance tracking across multiple channels; (4) Parameter configuration, data integrity management, and dashboard customization; (5) SAP CRM and SAPCRM processes; (6) Kanban Board to simplify project tracking and MVP phase planning; and (7) Project management (JIRA, MIRO Board, VISIO or other process mapping tools). Telecommuting: 2 days work from home per week. Travel Requirements:15% domestic and international travel. WAGE RANGE: $95,846 - $139,008.
