Senior Marketing Manager

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the company’s digital presence, including paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and website optimization. This role focuses on generating high-quality leads and ensuring a strong online presence.
This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive messaging and impactful campaigns.


Responsibilities:
  • Digital Strategy 
  • Manages online presence through owned and unowned channels
  • Manage the company’s website, ensuring it is engaging, informative, and optimized for conversions
  • Oversee social media strategy, engagement, and paid advertising efforts to build a strong online presence
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.)
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts and optimize strategies
  • Lead Generation & Sales Support
  • Working closely with sales, operations, and other teams to ensure alignment, cohesive messaging, and that marketing efforts align with sales goals
  • Create sales enablement collateral and manage a content library that aligns with the sales process
  • Partner with the sales team to create targeted campaigns that increase inquiries and enrollments
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and website optimization to attract new leads
  • Oversee lead nurturing strategy, developing content and campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Agency Management and Performance Tracking
  • Manage performance agency relationships, optimize, and report on performance of digital advertising campaigns
  • Manage digital marketing agency relationships, coordinating with marketing team members on content creation
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, using data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI


  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field required
  • 7+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing
  • Proven track record of managing and executing successful SEM, Paid Social, and Programmatic campaigns across B2C
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM systems, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing automation tools
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day to successfully balance reaching marketing goals, telling compelling stories, and creating a strong brand
